On Nov. 26, an academic report was given in the Shanghai Jiao Tong University, jointly by Prof. Ruqing YANG from SJTU and Dr. Ming YANG from INIRA. The title of this report was "CyberCars -- An Innovative Transport System for the City of Tomorrow".
During this 90-min report, Prof. YANG from SJTU first introduced the basic information about the new CyberC3 project, including project background, application procedure, project objectives, main activities and milestones. Then, Dr. YANG from INRIA introduced the CyberCars project in details, including research background, definition of Cybercars, advantages, final demonstration, existing applications in Europe, and potential applications in China. About 200 audience took part in this activities, including students and teachers from SJTU and reporter from the Shanghai Daily.
